Company training
Train your team on ASO and GEO
The same expertise behind our platform, taught to your marketing, product and growth teams. Live, hands-on, and built around your apps.
Software is faster when the team knows why
Most teams do not have an ASO problem, they have an ASO knowledge problem. Metadata gets written by whoever has time, keywords get chosen by intuition, and nobody is sure what moved the needle. We teach your team the model we use ourselves, on your own apps and your own data, so the decisions keep being good after we leave the room.

- Remote or on site

Curriculum
Modules, mapped to what we build
Take one, take the track. Each module is a half day unless noted.
ASO fundamentals
Half dayHow App Store and Google Play search actually rank apps, and where the two stores disagree. Character limits that matter, indexing rules, and the difference between a keyword you rank for and a keyword that installs.
- Read a store listing the way the algorithm does
- Know which fields are indexed on each store
- Separate vanity keywords from revenue keywords
Metadata that converts
Half dayWriting titles, subtitles and descriptions that survive both the algorithm and a human thumb. Built on our ASO Generation workflow, including how to brief an AI to draft metadata and how to judge what it gives back.
- Draft and critique metadata for any market
- Run a metadata review that is not opinion-driven
- Use AI drafting without shipping generic copy
Keyword research and rank tracking
Full dayBuilding a keyword set from scratch: sourcing candidates, reading volume and difficulty honestly, clustering by intent, and setting up tracking that tells you whether a release worked.
- Build a defensible keyword set per market
- Interpret difficulty scores without being fooled
- Attribute ranking changes to specific releases
Generative Engine Optimization
Full dayThe GEO playbook end to end: how engines pick sources, how to measure share of voice across prompts, and how to earn citations in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Pairs with our GEO practice.
- Measure your AI visibility and defend the number
- Map and improve the sources engines cite
- Spot and correct inaccurate AI descriptions fast
Creatives and visual analysis
Half dayIcons, screenshots and previews as conversion levers. What to test, how to test it without fooling yourself, and how to read the results when traffic is thin.
- Design a screenshot set around one clear promise
- Run tests that produce a decision, not a debate
- Know when a result is real and when it is noise
Competitor and market analysis
Half dayReading a category properly: who is really winning, what changed in their listing before they climbed, and which gaps are worth attacking versus which are traps.
- Build a competitor watchlist that earns its upkeep
- Trace a rival's ranking move to its cause
- Pick the gap you can actually win

Workshop
One module, half or full day
A focused session for one team. Best when you have a specific gap to close, such as a market launch or a GEO push.
Full track
Modules over four to six weeks
The complete curriculum, paced weekly so the team applies each module to your apps between sessions. Best for a growth team taking ASO in-house.
Embedded coaching
Recurring, ongoing
We join your rituals: metadata reviews, release planning, monthly visibility readouts. Best when the team knows the theory and wants a second pair of eyes on real decisions.
Who it is for
Built for the people who ship
Growth and marketing
Own the keyword set, the metadata calendar and the visibility number, without waiting on an agency.
Product and design
Understand how positioning and creatives feed store ranking, so listing work stops being an afterthought.
Localization
Adapt metadata across markets without losing the ranking intent behind the original.
Leadership
Read an ASO or GEO report critically and know which numbers deserve a budget.

Training FAQ
Questions we get about training
Do we need to be an ASO Agent customer?
No. The training stands on its own and the methods work with whatever tooling you have. Customers do get more out of it, since exercises can run directly against their live dashboards.
Remote or on site?
Both. Remote sessions are capped at a size where everyone can still ask questions. On site works well for the full track, and we travel for it.
How big can a cohort be?
Two to twenty. Past twenty the hands-on exercises stop working, so we split larger groups into cohorts rather than dilute the format.
Can you tailor the curriculum?
That is the default. The pre-session audit tells us where your gaps are, and we weight the modules accordingly. Teams launching in Asia get a different day than teams fighting for one category in the US.
What does it cost?
It depends on format, cohort size and travel. Tell us the team and the goal and we will send a scoped quote.
Which languages?
English and Portuguese today. Ask about others and we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it.
Train the team that ships your app
Tell us the team and the goal, and we will scope a program around it.
